Vivid Variations - The Chromatic Universe Within a Young Mind

On September 30th 2023, the "Vivid Variations - The Chromatic Universe Within a Young Mind", Chen Zequan's Beijing solo exhibition will be opened at the Jing Shi Art Museum Beijing Normal University. The exhibition is hosted by the Children's Art Education Center of Beijing Normal University, supported by the Art Education Center of Beijing Normal University, organized by the Jing Shi Art Museum, and co organized by the Organizing Committee of the Oriental Star Exhibition. The exhibition is initiated by Teacher Fan Xi from Tsinghua University, academic hosted by Professor Zhen Wei, Vice Dean of the School of Art and Media at Beijing Normal University, doctoral supervisor, and Director of the Jing Shi Art Museum, curated by Gao Yue the curator of youth calligraphy and painting art.The exhibition will showcase Thirteen medium to large scale oil paintings and acrylic paintings created by Chen Zequan in the past three years.

This exhibition will showcase the unique charm of Chen Zequan's paintings, highlighting his childlike charm, freedom, and continuous pursuit of exploration; By carefully planning the exhibition layout and presentation style, we guide visitors to immerse themselves in the colorful world of Chen Zequan's life, and feel the creative potential and unique charm of this young painter; Stimulate the interest and attention of visitors towards young artists and abstract art, and promote the development of art education and aesthetic education; Create an interactive communication platform, inviting artists, art education experts, and visitors to jointly explore the value and significance of youth art creation. After the opening ceremony, an expert seminar on "Youth and Art: Exploring the Emotions and Education Behind Colorful Colors" will be held.
